With over 15 years of experience, Founding Partner Christopher is a recognized expert in banking, project finance, corporate and commercial legal services.

Kenneth Ulaya

ADVOCATE

Kenneth is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate Court thereto, and he represents the firm's clientele in both the Magistrates' and High Courts. Kenneth has represented the firm's clients in the insurance, banking, agro-processing, manufacturing and consultancy sectors.




George Mpeli Kilindu

MANAGING PARTNER

Managing Partner George has over 14 years of legal experience and is one of the sharpest legal minds in corporate and banking law in Tanzania.

Heriel Munisi

ADVOCATE

Heriel is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate Court thereto, and he represents the firm's clientele in both the Magistrates' and High Courts. Munisi has represented the firm's clients in the insurance, banking, agro-processing, manufacturing and consultancy sectors.

Charles Kivugo

FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER

Charles stewards the Firm with his comprehensive knowledge of finance, accounting & administration matters in in relation to business entities and NGOs in Tanzania.

Fransisca Urassa

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Fransisca Urassa is an experienced Executive Assistant with demonstrated history of working in the legal and government administration industries.

Said Salum

ASSOCIATE

Said is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate Court thereto, and he represents the firm's clientele in both the Magistrates' and High Courts. Said has represented the firm's clients in the insurance, banking, agro-processing, manufacturing and consultancy sectors.

Atibu Andrew

OFFICE CLERK

Atibu liases and works closely with different government departments. With his practical knowledge enhances the Firm’s approach in carrying out each engagement.

Dennis Leka

ASSOCIATE

Dennis Leka is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate Court thereto, and he represents the firm's clientele in both the Magistrates' and High Courts.  Joel has represented the firm's clients in the insurance, banking, agro-processing, manufacturing and consultancy sectors.

This has allowed us to develop practical and timely solutions culminating into achieving best legal outcomes for our clients. In particular, we are conscious of the need to ensure that in each instruction we offer solutions that meet our clients’ needs. At KG&P, we do appreciate that our clients’ time is one of their most valuable assets and, therefore, we make sure that it is not put to waste.

Training & Recruitment

At KG&P we have developed a training system whereby our newest recruits shadow individual Partners for a period of twenty four (24) months and thereafter, in consultation with them, we decide which department the new recruits should be placed. 

We believe that this allows our young lawyers to be clear on which areas of law they wish to practice in and, in turn, we believe that this ensures that our team is driven by both ambition and passion in their craft.
