Who we are

Heriel is a Partner at KG&P and Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate Courts thereto, representing the firm's clientele at the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the Magistrates’ Court as well various quasi-Judicial institutions. Heriel has represented the firm's clients in the insurance, banking, agro-processing, manufacturing, consultancy and NGO sectors. He has also assisted the Partners in carrying out the necessary legal research in respect of various legal matters in which the firm advises on. Heriel has proven to be a valued addition to KG&P’s team since joining and plays a key role in grooming the firm’s interns.

Said is a Partner at KG&P and an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate Courts thereto seated at KG&P’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Department. He, together with the Litigation as well as the ADR team, have advised various clients at different dispute resolution forums, with an exceptional success rate. Said has, on a number of occasions, assisted on transactions handled by KG&P’s Corporate & Commercial Departments, Real Estate and Banking Departments.

Godfrey is a corporate lawyer currently serving as an Associate at KG&P. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and courts subordinate thereto. Godfrey has extensive experience in advising clients on a number of matters, including business set-up and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, project financing, due diligence, intellectual property protection and enforcement, contract negotiation and drafting as well as corporate governance. He is committed to delivering high-quality legal services with a strong focus on risk management and business efficiency.

Imogen is an Associate in the corporate department at KG&P. She provides insight on different transactions including corporate due diligence, data protection, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, regulatory matters as well as debt financing and corporate secretarial. Imogen also provides assistance in drafting legal documentation and conducting research on various legal matters.

Charles provides support to Kilindu Giattas & Partners in finance, accounting, and administrative matters. His educational background and extensive experience in these disciplines form a strong foundation for his work. He possesses comprehensive expertise in managing the firm’s financial operations, administrative functions, and accounting processes. His professional experience is particularly relevant to business entities and NGOs operating within.

Fransisca is an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of providing executive support within the technology, legal, and manufacturing sectors. Holding an MBA, Fransisca specializes in streamlining executive operations and administrative workflows, directly contributing to the firm’s productivity, enhancing operations, and driving overall business efficiency.

Atibu is an experienced Office Clerk with extensive experience in liaising with a wide range of government departments to ensure successful completion of related tasks. His comprehensive practical knowledge and familiarity with regulatory procedures significantly enhance the Firm’s operational efficiency and ability to deliver meaningful results of each engagement.
